Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Prepare the strawberry swirl: Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until soft. Stir in cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened. Strain and cool.
