Description

A creamy, naturally sweet strawberry banana smoothie that’s perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or post-workout refreshment. Packed with vitamins, fiber, and protein, this smoothie is both delicious and nutritious. It’s easy to make, customizable, and takes just five minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hull the strawberries and peel the banana.

  2. Add the milk and yogurt to the blender first.

  3. Add the banana and strawberries, then ice cubes if using.

  4. Blend on low, gradually increasing to high speed. Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth.

  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Blend again if adding anything extra.

  6. Pour into a glass, garnish with fresh fruit, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use frozen bananas for an extra creamy texture.

For a thicker smoothie, reduce the liquid or add a handful of oats.

If your blender struggles, blend the liquid and yogurt first before adding fruit.
