Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.

  • Add dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with milk.
  • Divide batter evenly among liners.
