Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup grapes, halved (or ½ cup diced apple)
- ¼ cup almonds or walnuts, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives), chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken: Shred or dice cooked chicken.

Make the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop and Add the Mix-Ins: Dice celery, red onion, grapes/apples, and nuts.

Combine Everything: Toss the chicken, mix-ins, and dressing together until well-coated.

Adjust and Serve: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika.
