Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil.
